I don't know how familar you are with ScrapStreet's ezine which they put out every month free. There is always a free digi kit in there so you can go back through the issues and get them if you are interested.
Also they have publication calls every month which is a great way to get your work published. Here is the current call out deadline for entries is Sept 1 if you are interested. LindaC and I both have been published in the magazine.
