Just touching Base!

I just wanted to touch base with you and see how everyone is doing! I feel terrible today I guess with the change in weather I got a sinus infection. Never good to have one but this is rotten timing as our Southern Gospel group sings Sunday night. So here is hoping I feel better by then.

I have been busy designing a kit for the store and I am in charge of doing the free kit for the month of January for ScrapStreet. I have also been taking a free course on Building Your First Web Page. I ran into some of the HTML computer language when I put my blog store together. I figured it was a good thing to have a better idea how it works and since it is free why not. So far I'm doing pretty good with it but we are only through three lessons so far. There are only six all together and the last one was a lot to take in.

I've just been going going going! Both my boys are in soccer and Scouts so most nights are crazy. I've been doing most of my work at night~ I guess I just think better then.

I finished a LO with Which Way a couple of days ago, and I just realized I forgot to post the name of the kit wit it! I still have to post Tropical Visions and Critters N Wheels LO's, so I'll fix it then.

I'm bummed you didn't make it to the next round at Digitals, Emma! I still think you rock.

Thanks for thinking I would make it into the next round for the Digital Design Star. I was surprised I made it that far and I wouldn't have if you guys hadn't voted for me. I still have a lot to learn I knew when it came to the elements I was sweating it out and was glad I didn't have to do that round.

I have a sinus infection right now and would be hard pressed to get things done. When your head is full of junk makes it hard to be creative.

I understand about being busy, I was just missing hearing from everyone.

busy here too. don't know where the time goes. we went to a pig roast saturday afternoon, dh went to a car race on saturday night in pittsburgh and my grandson had a football game this afternoon. i didn't even get my house cleaned over the weekend so i'll have to do it a couple nights this week after i get home from work. i hate when i do that but if i don't vacuum at least once a week, my sweet, little dexter (you have seen my lo's of him) has this long, angora hair that takes over. good thing i love him to death because he sure makes a lot ot work. have a good week, everyone.

Feeling any better Emma? I can totally feel your pain, literally. I've had a couple of sinus infections~ took some heavy duty prescription decongestants to get rid of them. YUK (((HUGS)))

Yes I'm feeling much better thanks for asking. I have been busy designing a new kit with some really special ribbons. I am hoping to sell these commercially.

Cool! Can't wait to see it. I've almost run out of kits to use, LOL! Just kidding.
